Zombie Awareness Month: Day 5 - Plants VS Zombies

I'm at day 5 and already thinking.. why am I doing a post everyday? it's killing me.... well not literally but damn.

Plants VS Zombies

I'm sure everyone has heard of this game by now and it's many other versions. PVZ was made in 2009 and you can download it for most things for free now if I recall. I know PVZ2 is free on phones and is a great time killer if not as fun as the first lot.

PVZ is a fun, cute, tower defence game by POPCAP. It's fun, simple, colourful and at some points it can be tough and annoying. The aim of the game is to grow a garden with full attack and defence against the hordes of zombies.

Zombies and plants and different powers alike and you collect them as the game goes on. You have to really thing which plants are the best for certain jobs as once the game gets going you have more plants then you have slots.

First game had day time, night time, water, water fog , night fog and the roof. Along the main game you also have fun side games that break the main game up such as wallnut bowling, and little challenges.

There are puzzle games too which again is wallnut bowling, vasebreaker and a few other little things as well as a zen garden where you can collect plants and they grow and give you money.

PVZ has a few games out now too. 

It's a fun game and great for kids too. So if you have been living under a fucking rock and never heard of it... get on it!

Zombie Fun

So are you like me? that on a Sunday you often have a few hours to kill before doing jobs, getting in shopping for the week. Well here is a list of some zombie related fun time killers I've found on my Internet hunting. So take a load off and have a whack at these.

Simple, fun, and if you need an avatar for something this is a fun waste of a few moments. Not alot of options to choose from and the site could run smoother but it's neat.

Very girly and very limited choice but the out come is still kinda cute and would make good for a lazy avatar for a website or totes your myspace page.

Zombie Text Adventure

 

A short text adventure where you click links to your choices. But this is damn funny and sarcastic, if you like something that's not serious this is great, fantastically written and witty.

 

 

 

Zombie Photo Edit

 

If you can get past the 30 second advert, then the attack of loads of small girly adverts it is worth it. Simple but a fun play around and the results look pretty cool. The placements are abit all over the place and hard to sort out but when you get the hang of it, it works.

P V Z Demo

A personal fav of mine, this game is both cute as hell and so fun to play it even gets pretty hard at times. You get get this on XBOX 360 and the PC and it's very worth it. Never played it? the link takes you to a fun demo.
